Deumadatamatics is a company formed by a group

management team consists of Mr Ganesh raja, an
MS in electronics , K.Bala Boopathy , a
mechanical engineer from the university of
Madras, and Mrs Ponnarasi essentially a customer
coordinator and a HR. The company houses 10
software engineers, essentially skilled to
handle Vb projects. We also house about 25 data
entry operators and have the proficiency to
handle link building, data submission, data
conversion and accounting jobs to name a few. We
also have 5 web site designers who are skilled
in HTML, PHP and ASP apart from being
knowledgeable in Photoshop and Corel draw. |

accounting ,a financial accounting package
with about 30 reports. This software handles all
aspects of accounting, including balance sheet,
P&L, Trial balance, Ledger reports. Apart from
these reports which appear in all software
packages our software also handles budgets,
ageing analysis, purchase and sales comparison
charts. We have developed this package
essentially for small industries which may
operate using 2 or 3 operators. This package has
been made on access platform. |

EHM a
hospital management software, made
essentially for a mid size hospital. This
package handles all key operations of a
hospital write for Ip , patient history, op,
allocation of rooms bed, to house keeping
and pharmacy inventory. The package also
includes a billing software for pharmacy and
hospital. It can also handle insurance forms
–for India insurance companies.

Currently we are handling an accounting job for
an accounting BPO company in Singapore . They
have send us an access software for accounting.
Scanned vouchers in PDF file is what they send
to us. Our job is to enter these vouchers in the
software and reconcile the accounts. Any
clarification is done through Logmein.com
Our rates for data entry is 5 USD per hour.
However our rate for web designing and software
vary from project to project depending on the
size and intricacy of the project.
